Technician visits restricted to essential services
- During an upgrade that requires a change of equipment.
- During a move that requires installation at your new address.*

*Please note that you may keep the equipment from your old address without penalty and ship them later until preventive measures are lifted.
Measures on the road
- Increased hygiene measures for all surfaces and products used by employees.
- Restrictions on physical contact, such as handshaking.
Health and well-being of employees
- All business trips planned for the coming weeks are postponed or cancelled;
- Fibrenoire is requiring employees returning from trips to self-isolate for 14 days;
- Fibrenoire is cancelling or postponing all planned events until the beginning of May to avoid all unnecessary gatherings;
